Job Summary

Own social content creation and community management for growth campaigns, turning audience insights into repeatable tests and data-driven improvements across platforms.

  • Content & Community Ownership: plan, publish, and manage social posts and conversations to drive engagement and brand lift.
  • Performance Iteration: analyse metrics and optimize campaigns to lift reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with internal teams and clients to keep messaging consistent and test ideas fast.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, copyright, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to support client growth and brand awareness
  • Develop social media calendars
  • Write and design social posts
  • Manage communities
  • Respond to audience interactions in a timely, professional manner
  • Analyse performance metrics
  • Report on key results
  • Optimise campaigns based on data insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Support broader digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including planning, scheduling, and optimizing posts for various platforms
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing fundamentals, with the ability to align social activity to broader growth and performance goals
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, collaborative teamwork, and professional client interaction
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar) to track performance and derive insights
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of current social media trends and platform best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in an agency or growth-focused environment
  • Experience with retail or e-commerce brands are beneficial
