Job Summary

Own and grow the brand’s social community and content machine within a local Warrington context, handling daily posts, community replies, influencer outreach, and event-led campaigns.

  • Community management and engagement across Facebook and Instagram, including replies, moderating conversations, and building a loyal audience.
  • Content publishing and simple creative production using Canva or similar, including captions, graphics, and short videos.
  • Partnerships, events and campaigns support, plus basic website updates and email marketing to drive engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing our Facebook and Instagram communities
  • Scheduling and publishing posts via Meta Business Suite
  • Responding to comments, messages and reviews
  • Researching influencer, ambassador and brand partnership opportunities
  • Supporting exhibitions, events and marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with basic website updates and email marketing
  • Providing general marketing administration and business support
  • Creating engaging content including graphics, captions and Reels
  • Designing visuals using Canva or similar tools

Requirements

  • You must live in Warrington or within a 5-mile radius
  • You must have hands-on experience managing business Facebook accounts in a professional capacity
  • You must be confident and familiar with Meta Business Suite

Preferred

  • Strong customer service and community engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design software
  • Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A creative mindset with the confidence to work independently
  • CapCut, Shopify, LinkedIn, TikTok, photography or videography, basic SEO, email marketing
