Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies tailored to Mens & Womens categories to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and posting across multiple social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive online community.
• Collaborate with team members to plan campaigns that highlight key initiatives, events, or product launches.
• Track analytics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts; adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging aligned with organisational goals and values.
• Support public relations efforts by building relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to amplify our message.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media platforms for organisations or brands, preferably in a volunteer or non-profit setting.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of public relations principles and best practices for engaging communities online.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
