  • Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and optimise future content strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and maximise outreach efforts.
  • Manage online reputation by addressing public relations issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing to keep our organisation at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Organise and oversee social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
