Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • - Support day‑to‑day management of WES social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • - Create engaging content including posts, graphics, short videos, stories and reels.
  • - Draft copy that reflects WES’s tone of voice and values.
  • - Monitor comments, messages and community engagement.
  • - Track performance metrics and support monthly reporting.
  • Campaign Marketing
  • - Assist in planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns for major WES initiatives such as INWED, WE50, regional clusters, mentoring programmes and events.
  • - Help coordinate campaign timelines, content calendars and digital assets.
  • - Support amplification of partner content and cross‑sector collaborations.

Requirements

  • Essential
  • - Strong written communication skills.
  • - Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
  • - Strong interest in digital communications, social media and content creation.
  • - Experience using social media scheduling tools.
  • - Experience using design and publishing tools.
  • - Experience with website content management systems.
  • - Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
  • - Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the team.
  • - Confidence engaging with online communities or responding to comments professionally.

Preferred

  • Desirable
  • - Experience creating content for campaigns or events.
  • - Familiarity with analytics tools.
  • - Familiarity with brand design.
  • - Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital content
  • - Understanding of basic marketing principles or campaign planning.
