Job Summary

Own and execute the café's social presence across major platforms, driving engagement, brand-consistent content, and community relations while coordinating with marketing for promotions and events.

  • Develop and run cross-channel social campaigns to broaden reach and increase engagement.
  • Create on-brand visuals and posts (images, videos, copy) aligned with seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor conversations, respond to interactions, and nurture a positive online community while supporting local PR and influencer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content including images, videos, and written posts that align with the café’s brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond promptly to comments and messages, and foster positive community engagement.
  • Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities, special events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure active online presence.
  • Manage public relations efforts by maintaining positive relationships with local media outlets and influencers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices within the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles and experience in building positive brand reputation online.
