Job Description
- Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive social media strategy aligned to brand, marketing, and commercial objectives
- Drive brand awareness, reputation, and customer advocacy through organic and (where relevant) paid social activity
- Identify platform opportunities, emerging trends, and new channels to strengthen Benenden Health’s social presence and build awareness with key target audiences.
- Set clear KPIs and benchmarks to measure performance and optimise activity
- Proven experience managing social media for a consumer-focused brand (experience in regulated or healthcare environments desirable)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Experience using social media to support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Skilled in content planning and working collaboratively with creative teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience using insights to drive performance improvements
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- A strategic thinker with a passion for social media and storytelling
- A collaborative team player who can work across multiple stakeholders and priorities
- A data-driven marketer who uses insight to inform decisions
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can proactively identify opportunities
- The Benenden Health office is based in York and whilst we do work hybrid, there is a requirement of 2 3 days per week in the office.
