Job Summary

Own the social media engine for a premier motorsport program, coordinating multi-channel content, live-event coverage, and partner activations while maintaining brand tone and driving audience growth.

  • Social & Content Ownership: Manage all brand channels, plan and schedule cross-team content, and produce briefs for internal and external creators.
  • Content Production & Brand Alignment: Collaborate with the Content Producer and creative teams to deliver on-brand social assets and maintain tone across platforms.
  • In-Market Activation & Analytics: Guide partner campaigns, run on-site activations, build influencer relationships, and translate analytics into actionable improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Andretti Formula E social media channels (not limited to: Instagram, Threads, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) while supporting the other TWG Global teams as needed.
  • Attend all Andretti Formula E race events to provide real-time social media coverage on site.
  • Lead the planning and scheduling of content, using Sprout Social and Monday.com to ensure visibility of activity across the organisation.
  • Produce and distribute content briefs for internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Maintain the established social media tone of voice and ensure alignment with Andretti Global brand guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the in‑house Content Producer to capture and produce content for social channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to uphold brand standards and develop graphical assets for social media use.
  • Play a key role in guiding how our partners activate on social media. From assisting with campaign planning to executing on the ground, in market and ultimately syndicating content across multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, athletes and public figures relevant to the program.
  • Regularly monitor and report on social media analytics, identifying trends and advising on their potential impact.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in social media, content creation or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of current and emerging social media platforms and trends
  • Proven experience growing and managing social media audiences, including day-to-day management of major brand channels.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to maintain a consistent tone of voice.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience delivering social media marketing campaigns, including paid activity.
  • Understanding of the broader digital landscape and the role of social media within sport.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel as required.
