Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Copywriting Create original and engaging content for PrettyGreen’s social and digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) tailored to a B2B marketing audience including copywriting.
• Turn agency work, client campaigns, and behind-the-scenes moments into platform-ready posts that highlight our expertise in PR, Influencer, Social, and Experiential.
• Bring ideas to life visually, using Canva, CapCut or Adobe to design posts, videos, and short-form motion content.
• Social Media & Community Management Plan and schedule PrettyGreen’s organic social calendar, ensuring a consistent and creative mix of content across platforms.
• Manage community engagement, monitoring comments, responding to interactions, and staying active in relevant industry conversations.
• Stay across emerging social trends and features to evolve our content approach.
• Analytics & Reporting Track and analyse content performance across social and digital platforms to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with PrettyGreen’s paid media specialists when amplification is required.
• Create monthly performance reports.
