Job Summary

Own the social content engine and channel storytelling from creation to engagement, with daily posting discipline, trend-driven optimization, and cross-team campaign alignment.

  • Content & Channel Ownership: Create visuals and copy for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, with a cohesive brand voice.
  • Engagement & Performance: Monitor trends, respond to followers, and optimize content based on metrics and feedback.
  • Campaign & PR Support: Collaborate on marketing campaigns and online PR to boost brand reputation.

Job Description

Responsibilities: - Develop and produce compelling visual and written content tailored for different social media channels, including images, videos, and posts. - Manage daily social media activities, ensuring consistent posting schedules and brand messaging. - Monitor social media trends and incorporate innovative ideas to increase engagement and followers. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns that align with organisational goals. - Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional manner. - Analyse social media metrics to evaluate content performance and optimise future strategies. - Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all digital platforms. - Assist in managing public relations efforts through online channels to enhance brand reputation. Requirements: - Proven experience or strong interest in social media management and content creation. - Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity. - Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. - Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable but not essential. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of public relations principles and best practices in digital communications is advantageous. - A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
