Job Description

Responsibilities

Planning, creating, and scheduling social media content in line with the University's strategy and values to enhance the growth of the digital portfolio, reputation, and reach.
Monitoring daily social media activity and playing a pivotal role in measuring the impact of digital communications.
Actively participating in community engagement by speaking directly to prospective students on dedicated forums, including The Student Room, Campus Connect, and Reddit.
Supporting ongoing prospect engagement, facilitating digital channel growth, and producing creative multimedia content.
Aiding university recruitment efforts by focusing on increasing engagement from prospect audiences, specifically by enhancing output across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Utilising a diverse digital skillset to creatively grow conversations across social platforms, which may include implementing incentives, developing student-led content, and leveraging platform engagement features.
