Job Summary

Own the social activation and trend-driven storytelling pipeline across Pubity Group, driving high-engagement campaigns and scalable brand moments.

  • Campaign Activation: Partner with Client Services, Editorial and Creative to deliver high-engagement, culturally relevant campaigns that fit Pubity Group’s tone and maximize reach.
  • Cultural & Trend Impact: Link Commercial and Content teams to extract live trends, monitor platform conversations, and translate cultural moments into scalable brand opportunities.
  • Creative Brief Support: Support the Creative team with strategic responses to briefs, contributing platform knowledge and audience insights to strengthen concepts.

Own the social activation and trend-driven storytelling pipeline across Pubity Group, driving high-engagement campaigns and scalable brand moments.

  • Responsibilities: Campaign Activation - Partner with Client Services, Editorial and Creative to deliver high-engagement, culturally relevant campaigns that fit Pubity Group tone of voice.
  • Responsibilities: Campaign Activation - Create highly impactful social content across Pubity Group’s channels.
  • Responsibilities: Campaign Activation - Ensure activations are executed in a way that maximises reach, participation and shareability.
  • Responsibilities: Campaign Activation - Collaborate cross-functionally with the London team to maintain alignment from concept through to launch.
  • Responsibilities: Cultural & Trend Impact - Act as the central link between Commercial and Content teams, ensuring campaign ideas are rooted in live trends and platform behaviour.
  • Responsibilities: Cultural & Trend Impact - Monitor emerging conversations, formats and creators to inform proactive and reactive opportunities.

  • Requirements - A genuine passion for social media, advertising and marketing.
  • Requirements - Hands-on experience creating social content on behalf of brands or publishers.
  • Requirements - Foundational skills across any of Photoshop, CapCut, Lightroom, InShot, Canva or Phonto.
  • Requirements - Strong understanding of, and active interest in, the digital and social space - including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook and Gen-Z-focused news platforms.
  • Requirements - A self-starter mindset, with the appetite to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Pubity Group is new to market commercially but already has huge social pages, so the opportunity is brilliant and the competition is stern.
