Job Summary

Own the cross-channel content and monetization engine for FlightStory’s social shows and creators, turning audience growth into revenue opportunities.

Growth Execution: Drive audience expansion and engagement on Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok, and Shorts to hit revenue targets.
Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with the Director of Media Growth to shape content and monetization strategies for shows and creators.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day management of FlightStory’s indirect revenue social channels : Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok and Shorts to drive audience growth and maximise revenue opportunities for our Shows and Creators.
You will work under the Director of Media Growth to develop and execute strategies that expand our shows and creators reach, increase engagement, and optimize content performance for monetization.
Grow show & creators audience size and engagement across Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, aligning with revenue targets.
Develop and execute content strategies that drive views, retention, and monetisation opportunities.
Optimise performance using analytics, trends, and platform insights to inform decisions.

Requirements

Deep understanding of social media growth strategies, particularly on YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent content judgment—knowing what will resonate, engage, and convert.
