Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute hands-on SEO activities across multiple client accounts, including keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Conduct website crawls and technical assessments to identify SEO issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support technical SEO audits and oversee the implementation of recommended fixes.
  • Monitor rankings, website traffic, and overall campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Generate detailed reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments and demonstrate progress to clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to translate strategic recommendations into actionable tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure ongoing campaign success.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development initiatives to enhance SEO expertise.

Requirements

  • Proven agency experience in SEO.
  • Solid understanding of on-page, technical, and content SEO fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in crawling and assessing websites using tools such as Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce insightful reports and recommendations.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working with clients in travel, hospitality, ecommerce, or B2B sectors is advantageous.
  • The role requires the candidate to be able to commute to Brentwood and work in a hybrid setup, combining three days in the office with two days remote.
