Job Description

Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy: Execute our SEO strategy across all sites, ecommerce and local.

  • Future of Search: Stay ahead of where search is going, including AI and generative search (GEO)
  • Measurement: Track and report monthly on rankings, traffic and growth
  • Paid Media: Run our PPC and paid media across Meta, Instagram, YouTube and Google Search

Requirements

  • A proven track record in SEO, ideally in ecommerce

  • Strong on-page SEO and a solid grasp of technical SEO
  • Experience with link building and an understanding of domain authority
  • You know what ranks in 2026 and keep current with algorithm changes
  • Comfortable with the core tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and the ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
  • Genuinely comfortable with technology and keen to work hands-on with AI tools and light automation, since running our systems is central to the role
  • Self-motivated, organised and confident working independently, with strong ownership of delivery
  • Happy to work to a strategy and systems set in-house and run them at scale, rather than needing to build the whole function from scratch
  • Able to work from our Hoddesdon office, full time
