Job Summary

Own and scale digital marketing across a B2B IT services context, align with the SLT, and turn complex propositions into measurable outcomes for healthcare, social care and not-for-profit sectors.

Own Digital Marketing activity and coordinate with agencies for SEO, content, PR, and design.
Lead messaging for Commercial, Not-for-Profit, and Local Authority sectors and build thought leadership assets like case studies and webinars.
Collaborate with the CEO/CTO and commercial teams to convert emerging services into leadership content, rebuild the website, and implement AI driven workflows.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the Digital Marketing activity, choose and work with third-party providers to support SEO, content creation, PR, Web development and graphic design etc.
Sit within our Senior Leadership Team SLT.
Understand our proposition, commercial, service and digital safeguarding benefits and execute targeted digital strategies for each.
Deliver compelling, outcome-tailored messaging to Commercial, Not-for-Profit, and Local Authority sectors.
Work with our delivery teams to identify successes and build outcome-based marketing.
Work with our CEO and CTO to transform emerging services into thought leadership.
Work with the commercial team to understand new enquiries or new markets and build targeted outcome and thought leadership messaging.
Rebuild the content on our existing website to reflect our new proposition and launch a number of new online campaigns and then working with our web developer to rebuild the entire site.
Own our branding and messaging and evolve as appropriate.
Build outcome based digital case studies and secure exposure in sector-specific online publications.

Requirements

Digital marketing: 3 years (required)
In-Depth B2B LinkedIn Marketing: 3 years (required)
Experience translating complex IT technology and service propositions into benefit driven messaging
Familiarity with IT channel or related B2B vendor ecosystems and managing MDF processes
Proven background in B2B messaging across LinkedIn and YouTube that drives traffic to our website to increase readership and enquiries
Experienced working with technical people, reviewing service boards and translating their everyday technical wins into commercial success stories
Ability to direct and get the best out of third-party creative and technical agencies
Eager to leverage modern AI marketing tools to scale workflows
Skilled in managing data lists and mapping metrics to commercial goals
Confidence to sit on the leadership team, guide C-suite stakeholders, and report to the MD
Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
