Responsibilities

• Your baseline: 6 approved videos per week, assigned Monday and approved by Friday. "Delivered" means approved, so you own the full revision cycle and QC, not just the upload.
• Short and long-form performance ads (40 seconds up to 2 to 3 minute VSLs, with ~90 seconds the sweet spot), built for retention, hook velocity, and conversion, not aesthetics.
• The craft here is attention engineering: open-loop hooks, a reason to keep watching every few seconds, and the two things most editors miss on this product, real emotion on the player's face and clean, synced sound.
• You work in tight feedback loops, notes back within hours and a queue that keeps you from sitting idle.
• Revisions are technical adjustments, not negotiations.
• You ship reliably, week over week.

Requirements

• You default to execution and take feedback as data.
• You care about output, not optics.
• You're proactive, solving problems before escalating, and "it wasn't my job" isn't in your vocabulary.
• You're calm under pressure and consistent week over week.
• One honest note: this product is genuinely hard to edit well, which is exactly why the seat is paid and structured the way it is, and why about 1 in 7 editors makes it through the paid trial.
• The bar is high, and so is the support.
