Job Summary

Own the end to end digital ecosystem from website to CRM, driving data led campaigns and audience segmentation while overseeing the tech stack and analytics to improve conversion and efficiency.

  • Growth Infrastructure: consolidate marketing tech, dashboards, and automation to boost measurement and speed.
  • Marketing Ops: manage CRM integrations, data governance, campaigns, and journey orchestration for cross channel impact.
  • Audience & Data: build personas, segment data, and prep audiences for targeted, outcome focused campaigns.

Job Description

Own the end-to-end digital marketing stack and audience-first lifecycle from website to CRM, driving integrated campaigns, data governance, and insights that move business metrics.

  • Growth Infrastructure: orchestrate marketing tech, data governance, dashboards, and automation to improve efficiency and measurement.
  • Marketing Ops: own HubSpot-Dynamics integration, CRM structures, audience segmentation, and journey orchestration to fuel campaigns.
  • Audience & Data: build audience insights, personas, and data preparation to inform targeting across channels and content.
