Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the marketing plan and activity for a core business area, aligned to customer and commercial priorities .
Plan and deliver integrated B2B campaigns that generate and nurture high-quality opportunities.
Use CRM, campaign and performance data to understand what’s working and improve activity.
Work closely with Commercial to connect marketing activity with sales priorities and customer needs .
Support new product introductions and launches with Product, Engineering and Commercial.
Translate technical products and customer pain points into clear propositions, messaging and sales tools .
Create strong customer-led content and copy across email, digital, social, case studies, thought leadership and sales materials.
Deliver targeted ABM, digital campaigns, events (digital and live) and exhibitions with clear objectives.
Use AI and automation appropriately to improve the speed, quality and effectiveness of Marketing.
Maintain high standards of CRM data, GDPR compliance, accuracy and brand consistency .

Requirements

Strong, hands-on B2B marketing experience
Evidence of planning and delivering high-quality campaigns
Strong content and copywriting capability
Confidence working cross-functionally, particularly with Commercial and Product
The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver reliably
The confidence to constructively challenge when you believe there’s a better approach
A genuine desire to keep learning and developing
