  • End-to-End Webinar Execution: Structure and promote our own and third-party-sponsored webinar series alongside targeted partner-channel marketing webinars.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Lead the strategy and multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content) to drive registrations, manage RSVPs, and oversee target audience segmentation.
  • Technical Setup & Production: Own the event lifecycle within CRM and webinar platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoom or Sequel.io), ensuring seamless digital delivery and data integrity.
  • Speaker & Partner Coordination: Co-manage virtual joint events with channel partners, such as RPOs, and key partners, such as Shaker, serving as the main point of contact to brief speakers and align on promotional assets.

  • Campaign Tracking, ROI & Post-Event Operations

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in B2B event production, field marketing, or event management, ideally within the SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment sectors.
  • Tech Stack: Highly proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot), marketing automation infrastructure, and webinar technology (Zoom, Eventbrite or Sequel.io).
  • Project Management: Exceptional organisational instincts; capable of handling multiple concurrent large-scale projects without letting quality drop.
  • Vibe & Adaptability: A calm, steady presence under pressure who can problem-solve live event challenges fluidly. Comfort working both autonomously and cross-functionally.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regionally for on-site execution, including occasional evenings during key conference seasons.
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK (onboarding is subject to UK security checks) and be happy with international travel to our events in the US and UK.
