Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Support with campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI across all activities.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and report results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, digital, and data) and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Lead content creation projects, including videos, photography, blogs, webinars, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Oversee campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring all activities align with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity, applying insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Support event marketing initiatives, including planning and promotion for trade shows, webinars, and community events.
  • Manage LinkedIn strategy and execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations across all marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Marketing Fundamentals: Understanding of marketing principles, branding, and positioning.
  • Content Creation: Ability to plan and produce engaging content across channels.
  • Campaign Management: Familiarity with planning, executing, and measuring campaigns.
  • Market Research: Understanding customer insights, competitor analysis, and trends.
  • CRM & Automation Tools: Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment
  • Creativity: Ability to develop innovative ideas and engaging campaigns.
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve performance
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills for stakeholder engagement
