Job Description

Responsibilities include providing rapid analysis following key events, as well as ongoing monitoring and evaluation of both campaigns and external narratives.
This role relies on coordinating insight from a combination of measurement and monitoring tools, as well as incorporating feedback and insight from stakeholders, qualitative research and communications best practice.
The Senior Communication Analyst will brief senior stakeholders across the GLA, including providing actionable recommendations that are sensitive to the communications and political environment.
Building, updating or reviewing automated dashboards to monitor campaigns and communications
Using analysis tools to monitor narratives about London
Writing briefs for senior stakeholders, combining analysis from multiple platforms and sources to create a complete picture of the communications landscape
Presenting findings on new and emerging narratives about London, its leadership, or key policies
Contributing to end-of-campaign evaluation reports with measures of effectiveness and recommendations for future work
Working with campaign leads to establish KPIs and benchmarks for new campaigns
Working closely and collaboratively with stakeholders across the GLA
