Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and apply test and learn methods to lift results.

Creating and deploying insight-led retention campaigns across email, SMS, print and digital channels
Writing clear and consistent communications that support engagement and retention activity
Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
Supporting continuous optimisation through test and learn approaches
Working with internal stakeholders to deliver compliant, effective campaigns
