Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate our current Programmatic SEO architecture and implementation.
• Provide technical guidance on building scalable SEO systems for a large healthcare job marketplace.
• Validate architectural decisions before new features are deployed.
• Recommend best practices for generating dynamic landing pages for: Healthcare professions, Medical specialties, Cities and states, Employers, Job types, Certifications, Salary pages.
• Advise on URL structure, taxonomy, internal linking, and information architecture.
• Review indexing strategies, canonicalization, crawlability, and duplicate-content prevention.
• Recommend improvements for structured data (Schema.org) implementation.
• Optimize crawl budget and improve indexation of large-scale dynamic content.
• Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the product roadmap.
• Review AI-assisted content generation strategies to ensure quality, uniqueness, and scalability.
• Provide recommendations to improve Core Web Vitals and overall technical performance.
• Stay current on Google\'s algorithm updates and emerging Programmatic SEO best practices.
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings and provide ongoing technical guidance.
