Responsibilities

• Planning and managing programmatic & display campaigns across platforms (YouTube, The Trade Desk, Sportradar, Moloco, etc.) for all verticals and multiple brands.
• Analyzing metrics from internal tools to track performance and reporting results to stakeholders.
• Implementing industry leading solutions and running regular A/B tests aligned with KPIs.
• Building relationships with digital media agencies, external platform teams, and tech vendors.
• Navigating tracking and attribution systems with AdTech teams to maximise measurement and incrementality testing.
• Collaborating with Brand and Creative teams to align messaging and creatives with funnel best practices.
• Activating CRM data within DSPs to execute targeted segmentation and lookalike modelling.
• Staying ahead of platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging media opportunities.
• Working with Central Marketing to ensure alignment, consistency and best practice sharing across markets.
• Ensuring full compliance with regional advertising regulations and other compliance standards.
