Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual identity system, design language, and asset creation for the brand rebrand across all touchpoints.
  • Elevate the marketing design function by setting a higher creative bar and modeling exceptional craft for the team.
  • Mentor design colleagues and provide structured feedback across motion, 3D, video, and conceptual design.
  • Lead motion design and video production end-to-end — from concept and storyboarding through filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Build scalable creative systems, templates, and pipelines that let the team produce ambitious work at speed without compromising quality.
  • Partner with Product Design to integrate motion, illustration, and animation into onboarding, activation, and growth surfaces.
  • Contribute conceptual thinking to growth experiments, helping ideate and prototype ideas that improve activation and retention.
  • Lead research and conceptual work exploring new visual, motion, and creative directions ahead of execution.
  • Prototype and pitch creative concepts to align stakeholders early and de-risk delivery.
  • Manage multiple workstreams across marketing and product simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio spanning product marketing, visual design, motion design, and video production across multiple channels.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related creative software.
  • Expertise in animation, motion systems, VFX, compositing, and post-production.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills — composition, pacing, and turning complex ideas into compelling creative.
  • Experience leading multiple creative projects at once, balancing quality, strategy, and deadlines.
  • Experience mentoring and directing designers or creative teams.
  • Ability to translate business and marketing goals into effective creative solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Product, Marketing, Brand, Engineering).

Preferred

  • Experience working with product design/development teams in SaaS or tech.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and how they inform marketing creative.
  • Experience with 3D design/animation tools.
  • Background in brand development or rebranding initiatives.
  • Experience integrating motion and video into product marketing campaigns.
