Responsibilities

• Capturing photos and videos while we’re trading on the streets of Cambridge
• Creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Editing and scheduling posts
• Producing reels, stories and behind-the-scenes content
• Helping showcase our 40th Anniversary celebrations
• Engaging with customers to capture authentic moments
• Working independently to deliver agreed marketing objectives
• Bringing fresh ideas to increase engagement and grow our online community

Requirements

• Has experience creating content for social media
• Is confident filming and photographing in public
• Can edit videos to a high standard using their own editing software
• Is self-motivated and able to work independently
• Has excellent organisational skills
• Understands current social media trends
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Can think creatively and isn’t afraid to suggest new ideas
• Takes pride in producing high-quality content
• Own editing software

Preferred

• Experience with PR or local media
• Photography or videography experience
• Experience growing social media accounts
• Knowledge of paid social advertising
• Previous work with hospitality or retail brands
