Job Summary

Own operational delivery of the personalisation roadmap and translate data-driven insights into stakeholder-ready actions, coordinating cross-functional workstreams to activate PLG-informed experiments at scale.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Drive day-to-day execution and infrastructure for personalisation programs and PLG experiments.
  • Performance Analytics: Track ROI, publish insights, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-functional Execution: Align planning, configuration, and analysis across teams to design, launch, and optimize personalisation initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day operations and tactical tasks for the global personalisation roadmap.
  • Support the Personalisation Lead in identifying and executing high-impact personalisation opportunities.
  • Contribute to managing project timelines, dependencies, and resources for personalisation initiatives, ensuring on-schedule delivery.
  • Assist in tracking the Return on Investment (ROI) of personalisation efforts.
  • Prepare performance reports on personalisation outcomes and insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on planning, execution, and results.
  • Apply Personalisation-Led Growth (PLG) principles in daily execution.
  • Contribute to the continuous refinement of the PLG framework and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, execute, and analyze personalisation initiatives.
  • Support the operational infrastructure for continuous personalisation delivery.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Personalisation Technologies: Solid understanding and practical experience with core customer experience technologies, including:
  • - Personalisation Platforms: (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, Braze) for content delivery and targeting.
  • - Analytics Suites: (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude) for segmentation and performance measurement.
  • - Content Management Systems (CMSs): (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore) for dynamic content.
  • - Customer Data Platforms (CDPs): (e.g., Segment, Tealium) for audience segmentation and activation.
  • - Familiarity with data infrastructure concepts, including data pipelines and quality.
