Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As our in-house creative lead, you'll produce engaging and high-quality marketing materials that celebrate life at Royal High and inspire prospective families to connect with us.
  • From designing eye-catching print and digital collateral to creating social media assets, event materials and campus displays, your work will be seen across the school community and beyond.
  • You'll also support the delivery of recruitment campaigns and admissions activity, helping to create memorable experiences for families as they explore their school's future.
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Admissions colleagues, you'll help coordinate events, manage communications, analyse data and contribute fresh ideas that strengthen engagement and drive enquiries.
  • No two days are the same. One day you could be designing materials for a major school event, the next capturing content from a student achievement, supporting an open morning or helping deliver a targeted digital campaign.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, communications or admissions is essential, and experience within an education setting would be an advantage.
  • You’ll be confident using digital tools — ideally including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva — and able to produce engaging content across formats such as newsletters, brochures, social media, video and photography.
  • You will be organised, collaborative and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • With a proactive mindset and a can do attitude, you’ll enjoy contributing ideas, solving problems and working closely with colleagues across the school.
