Personal Assistant to Founders

🚨 Are you an Experienced Personal Assistant looking for a change from the city commute? If so, we want YOU! We're looking for an exceptional PA to join our Award Winning, Small (but ever growing) team and work directly with both Founders of SBK Marketing🚨

£15–£25 per hour + performance bonuses | Chiswick | FT Perm Opportunity

SBK is a fast-growing marketing and sales agency working exclusively with businesses in the property and construction industry. In the last six months, we've grown from 5 clients to 20+ in the past year (and there's still 2 months of the year to go!), and we're continuing to move quickly.

You'll sit right at the centre of the business, working closely with both founders and getting visibility across clients, sales, marketing, operations, business development and growth.

We're looking for someone who is:

🧠 Highly organised – you can keep track of multiple priorities without things slipping

🎯 Proactive – you see what needs doing and take ownership to get it done

💬 A strong communicator – you can get the right information to the right person at the right time

🔎 Commercially switched-on – you understand priorities and business impact

💻 Confident with systems – email, calendars, CRM, documents, task management and digital& AI tools

🤝 Confident with senior people – you're comfy managing upwards and challenging when necessary

You'll help manage two very busy calendars, organise meetings, filter and prioritise information, manage communication, chase actions, prepare documents, coordinate follow-ups and generally make sure nothing important falls through the cracks.

You'll also become a key communication link between the Founders and the wider team.

We're looking for someone who can say: "I've already dealt with that." "You need to approve this today." "I've chased them and I'll make sure it's completed." "That can wait — this needs your attention first."

If you're someone who naturally thinks "I'll sort it" rather than "someone needs to tell me what to do", we'd love to hear from you.
