B2B performance marketing experience within Fintech, Payments or Financial services
Proven success in your work influencing company growth both qualitative and quantitative
Ability to work in vibrant close-knit team with high levels of ownership
Good stakeholder management & confident reporting back weekly to directors on channel successes so we can learn as we grow
