Job Summary

Own the front-line paid media workflow for a fashion brand, from setup and QA to optimization, reporting, and tracking across social and search channels.

  • Campaign Operations: build, QA, budgeting, pacing and naming conventions across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, and Snapchat.
  • Measurement & Reporting: pull daily/weekly performance, maintain dashboards, and flag opportunities for improvement.
  • Tracking & Compliance: ensure UTMs, pixels, feed hygiene, and asset coordination with creators and affiliates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support daily management of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google and Snapchat campaigns
  • Build campaigns, upload creatives and manage campaign QA
  • Monitor budgets, pacing and campaign delivery
  • Support audience builds, testing and optimisation
  • Pull and maintain daily and weekly performance reports
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag issues or opportunities
  • Support analysis of creative, audience and channel performance
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and trackers
  • Support Google Shopping, Search and PMax campaign management
  • Assist with Merchant Center feed hygiene and optimisation

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on paid media experience, with a clear focus on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)
  • Solid understanding of product feeds and Google Merchant Center... you've managed a feed, or are very close to having done so
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals... on-page basics, keyword research, technical hygiene and how SEO and paid search complement each other
  • Comfortable with numbers: GA4, Google Ads reporting, Sheets/Excel; able to spot trends and present clearly
  • Detail-obsessed... you double-check the build, the budget, the URL and the tracking
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of their channels and isn't afraid to ask questions
  • Genuine interest in fashion, ecommerce and the Odd Muse brand
  • Excited to learn from a senior Performance Marketing Lead and grow your remit over time
  • Experience with international Google Ads accounts (US, EU, AU)
  • Familiarity with feed management tools (e.g. Feedonomics, Channable, DataFeedWatch)

Preferred

  • Exposure to SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC)
