  • Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to expand channels and improve automation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and other channels as we expand.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing and performance across hundreds of locations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition costs, conversion rates and overall ROI.
  • Support the rollout of new channels, campaigns and services as the business grows.
  • Analyse performance across the full customer journey.
  • Identify where customers are dropping off and develop data-driven opportunities to improve conversion and ROI.
  • Help develop new creative concepts, hooks and angles for our advertising.
  • Stay on top of market, consumer and creative trends to identify fresh ideas that are likely to resonate with our audiences.
  • Work with creative partners to turn ideas into new advertising concepts and assets.
  • Bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to our creative testing programme.

Requirements

  • Analytical and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in understanding why something works.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • A creative eye and interest in advertising, content and consumer trends.
  • A test-and-learn mindset — always looking for ways to improve.
  • Curious, proactive and comfortable figuring things out independently.
  • Interested in AI, automation and finding smarter ways to work.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets or data analysis skills.

Preferred

  • At least one year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
  • Experience in paid social, performance marketing, growth or DTC marketing.
  • Experience with landing pages, CRO or conversion funnels.
  • Experience in beauty, aesthetics, Medspa, healthcare, wellness or a similar industry.
  • Experience working with creative teams or developing advertising concepts.
