You will own creating and revising post content and managing social media workflow, including editing images, posting on a regular cadence, and reporting results to the team.

  • Maintain a steady posting rhythm with daily engagement
  • Draft and refine posts and image templates for accuracy and clarity
  • Track metrics and share feedback to improve future posts

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Rewrite our post drafts in your own words
  • Edit our image templates: the words, the numbers and the layout
  • Post 10 times a week, including posts that share our lists and guides
  • Check your DMs every day, answer what our FAQ covers, and bring us the rest
  • Send each post to us for a quick check before it goes live
  • Share your numbers every Monday: views, comments, new followers and the questions you brought us

Requirements

  • You write clear, simple English.
  • You care about fundraising, investing, startups or capital markets.
  • You can edit an image template and keep it clean.
  • You already post on LinkedIn, or you want to start and can show us how you would write.
  • You keep 10 posts a week going, every week, and check your DMs every day.
  • You take feedback well and fix things fast.

Preferred

  • Spanish is a plus.
  • A background in finance, venture capital, banking or an MBA is a plus, but you do not need one.
