Posted 1 day ago
Job Summary
Own end-to-end outbound campaigns for ecommerce and SaaS clients, including prospecting, sequencing, and multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn and email, plus events, reporting, and optimization of deliverability.
- Define and execute list-building and targeting
- Drive engagement through outbound sequences and event-driven follow-ups
- Monitor deliverability and accountability across campaigns
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and clean prospect lists in Lemlist (or similar) against each client's ICP
- Write and run cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences, and refresh them before they go stale
- Run LinkedIn outreach day to day: connection requests, DMs, follow-ups, engagement
- Fill events: webinars, in-person masterclasses, dinners and roundtables
- Drive responses to research surveys and report downloads
- Personalise follow-ups based on event recordings and conversations
- Keep deliverability, domain health and LinkedIn account limits in good shape across clients
- Run small supporting LinkedIn ad campaigns: retargeting, event promotion, lead gen forms
- Report on what worked, what didn't, and what to do differently
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years in an outbound
- You’ve run outbound yourself: cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or ideally both. You can talk about the numbers, including the campaigns that didn’t work
- Hands-on with at least one outbound tool (Apollo, Clay, Instantly, lemlist, Smartlead or similar)
- Writing that's clear and sounds human. Most cold outreach is terrible. Yours shouldn't be
- Comfortable juggling several clients and their campaigns at once without dropping any of them
- Some exposure to LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Enough to build and run a simple campaign yourself; you don't need to be a paid media specialist
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
- Curiosity about ecommerce and SaaS. You don't need deep sector knowledge, but you'll pick it up fast
Preferred
- experience at an agency, experience with events, Meta or Google Ads, any exposure to AI tools in a marketing workflow. We use them a lot and we’ll teach you.
Benefits
- £30,000 to £34,000 depending on experience
- Fully remote, permanent PAYE role. Work from wherever suits you in the UK
- Direct exposure to campaign strategy, not just execution
- A small team where your work is visible and your ideas get used
- Clients who are genuinely good at what they do, in a sector that's interesting to work in
- Modern tooling and a team that automates the boring stuff
