Job Description
Responsibilities
- Content Creation — helping plan, shoot and create content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
- Styling — putting together looks, styling our pieces and helping with shoots
- Social Media — contributing content ideas, trends, concepts and creative direction
- Orders & Fulfilment — helping prepare, pack and manage customer orders
- Admin — supporting with day-to-day organisation, stock, spreadsheets and general brand tasks
- Photoshoots & Campaigns — assisting behind the scenes with styling, preparation and content capture
- Product & Brand Development — getting an insight into what goes into developing, launching and marketing collections
- Startup Life — getting stuck into whatever needs doing and seeing first-hand how a growing fashion brand operates
Requirements
- You don’t need years of experience. We care more about your attitude, creativity and willingness to learn.
- You might be studying fashion, styling, marketing, content creation or a related subject — or simply be someone who genuinely loves fashion and wants real industry experience.
- We’re looking for someone who is:
- Creative and has a good eye for fashion and content
- Comfortable using social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram
- Organised and reliable
- Proactive — someone who sees what needs doing and gets involved
- Confident bringing new ideas to the table
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Comfortable working in the fast-moving environment of a small startup
Preferred
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
