Job Summary

Own and manage marketing content across social media and campaigns, from creation to publication and performance monitoring, while handling customer inquiries and essential office tasks.

- Photograph and film installations, products and completed projects.
- Create reels, short videos, graphics, posters and promotional materials.
- Plan and schedule social media content.
- Update the WordPress website and project portfolio.
- Support Meta Ads, Google Ads and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor basic content and advertising performance.
- Organise digital photos, videos and marketing materials.

Requirements

Experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
Good photography and video-editing skills.
Experience with Canva and editing software such as CapCut, Filmora, Premiere Pro or similar.
Basic WordPress experience.
An understanding of social media advertising and Google Ads.
Good written and spoken English.
Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
The ability to manage changing priorities and work independently.
A practical, flexible and responsible attitude.

Preferred

Experience in construction, property, interiors, home improvement, windows or doors would be beneficial but is not essential.
A full UK driving licence would be helpful for occasional site visits.
