Job Description
Responsibilities
- Be Proactive: Own the relationship with every client, from weekly updates to monthly reports. Not everything is going to go perfectly, but it's how we respond and the solutions we bring that matter.
- Be Curious: Dig into campaign data and creator performance to find the insights that matter to us and our clients, and turn them into decisions they can act on.
- Be Creative: Turn client briefs into a clear creator campaign strategy, and adjust mid-campaign based on what's performing.
- Be Organised: Own how campaigns run from brief to go-live, and get stuck into delivery whenever a campaign needs it.
- Be Ambitious: Find, use and build with AI tools to improve how we run campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years running campaigns and managing client accounts in influencer marketing (B2C or B2B), B2B marketing or GTM
- You post your own content, whether that's LinkedIn posts, day-in-the-life vlogs or even a niche newsletter. You are practicing what you preach
- You take initiative. You don't need an hour-long brainstorm and 3 second opinions to start on something
- You use AI every day (beyond using Claude as a chatbot) and it makes you better at your job
- You can make a call from data and walk a client through it with confidence
- You're entrepreneurial. Maybe you've always been curious about starting your own business but haven't taken the leap just yet
