- Own follow-ups to inquiries and trial conversions
- Coordinate communications for courses and CPD Plus
- Maintain accurate campaign records in Keap/Infusionsoft
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Starting conversations with prospective members. You'll follow up our marketing campaigns by telephone and email, including contacting people who haven't responded. You'll find out what matters to them, answer questions, invite them to experience the Academy and encourage trial membership or arrange a conversation with Steven.
- Looking after our members. You'll welcome trialists and new members, help them find a useful starting point and follow up with people who aren't engaging. You'll also deal tactfully with practical subscription matters such as failed payments.
- Keeping our marketing moving. You'll use Keap/Infusionsoft to set up and monitor campaigns, keep contact records accurate, track responses and make sure the right follow-up happens at the right time.
- Helping our courses and services run smoothly. You'll coordinate communications and practical arrangements for courses and become our office's go-to person for Chiropractic CPD Plus, helping members understand and keep on top of their CPD requirements.
- Taking ownership. This is important. We don't want to give you a list of tasks and then chase you to find out whether they've been done. We want someone who keeps track of what needs doing, spots problems and carries agreed tasks through to completion.
Requirements
- Confident, hands-on CRM experience is essential.
- Keap/Infusionsoft experience would be particularly useful, but experience with another similarly capable system is welcome.
- You should understand how contact records, campaigns and automated follow-ups work together.
- Experience in sales, customer service, membership support or course administration may be useful, but a sales job title on your CV isn't a requirement.
