Job Description
We are seeking a professional to help us deliver first-class photography, videography and virtual event content at the Step Up Network CIC, a network and social enterprise for developing leaders in education.

What are we looking for?
Person Specification
- Have experience of video and photo editing.
- Has experience of using YouTube, Streamyard and other platforms such as Zoom.
- Is a good communicator.
- Is a self-starter.
- Can work remotely.
- Experience of managing virtual events (desirable).
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Has a good level of written English.
- Good sense of humour.
- Has access to a computer and a good internet connection.
- Aligns to the values and mission of Step Up.
What will you be doing?
Role Purpose
- To provide editorial support for our video and photo content.
- To provide production management and post production coordination of our virtual events.
- Post virtual events to edit into smaller clips (shorts and individual presentations of speakers) and upload to YouTube in line with our content schedule.
- To edit photos and videos from face-to-face events.
- To create video content for the YouTube channel.
- To monitor the analytics and data from YouTube and report these to the Strategy & Operations team.
- To help grow the digital media presence of Step Up.
