Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordinate execution of approved global and regional media strategies across multiple markets within the region.
  • Help to ensure consistency of execution, pacing, and quality across markets, channels, and campaigns.
  • Part of the primary regional point of coordination for execution‑related questions, escalations, and dependencies.
  • Work with local media agency teams to ensure execution aligns with approved strategy, governance standards, and timelines.
  • Supports overseeing the execution readiness across markets, including inputs, trafficking dependencies, and delivery requirements.
  • Helps with the identification of executional risks, gaps, or inefficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Helps to agencies are operating within scope, quality expectations, and regional processes.
  • Monitor execution status, pacing, and performance signals across markets.
  • Support in‑flight optimization coordination, ensuring adjustments are aligned with strategy and escalated appropriately.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting inputs from markets to support regional and global visibility.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Account Management, Client Services or Integrated Media Planning role within a media agency or in-house media team.
  • Experience supporting integrated, multi-channel media campaigns.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident building relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners and market teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to distil information into clear recommendations and learnings.

Preferred

  • Understanding of the EMEA media landscape or experience working within one or more EMEA markets is advantageous.

  • Gross annual salary range of GBP 37,440 - GBP 44,460
