Responsibilities

• Managing EVE Property's social media platforms.
• Creating engaging content including posts, reels, stories and videos.
• Photographing residential properties to a high standard.
• Editing images ready for property listings and marketing.
• Writing property descriptions and captions for listings, social media and email campaigns.
• Planning and delivering marketing campaigns to promote our brand and property listings.
• Working alongside our Sales and Lettings teams to produce marketing material.
• Monitoring social media performance and suggesting new ideas to increase engagement.
• Supporting property launches, events and community initiatives.
• Keeping up to date with marketing trends and the local property market.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
• Excellent photography skills with a good eye for detail.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to create compelling property descriptions and social media captions.
• Experience using photo editing software and social media platforms.
• Creative, organised and able to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Preferred

• Previous experience in estate agency or property marketing is desirable but not essential.
