Job Summary

Own the local social-to-sales funnel and community brand presence with partner outreach, local campaigns, and creative events, turning inquiries and referrals into revenue.

Social to revenue: convert inbound DMs and comments into sales and nurture opportunities.
Local partnerships and ads: proactively reach out to businesses, secure referrals, cross-promotions, and local advertising spots.
Channel expansion: explore events and collaborations beyond social to build awareness and test new channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Respond to and convert inbound social media enquiries into sales (DMs, comments, messages)
Thinking of social ideas with products and stores.
Proactively reach out to local businesses to build referral partnerships and cross-promotion opportunities
Identify and secure local advertising opportunities (both online and offline)
Increase brand awareness within the local community through creative marketing initiatives
Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to stand out
Explore and test marketing channels beyond social media (events, collaborations, local campaigns)
Helping creating videos (Being on Camera)

Requirements

Proven experience converting leads into sales (especially via social media or direct outreach)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable reaching out to businesses and building partnerships
Self-starter who can identify opportunities without needing constant direction
Commercial mindset — focused on revenue, not just engagement metrics
