Own the event activation engine for education and health partnerships, shaping on-site delivery, stakeholder relationships, and external storytelling to drive social impact and program visibility.

  • Relationship management: convert conversations into collaborations using CRM tracking.
  • Content & advocacy: produce social, blogs, and case studies that highlight impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Event Lead & Activation: Identify, coordinate, and hit the road for key industry events and conferences. You’ll own the logistics, setup, and onsite networking, ensuring Chatterbug stands out.
  • Relationship & Lead Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders. You will nurture initial conversations, turn handshakes into meaningful collaborations, and utilise our CRM system to track and progress leads.
  • Content & Brand Advocacy: Showcase our impact. You’ll create engaging social media content, blogs, and case studies that highlight our external activities and position Chatterbug as a thought leader in the sector.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, event management, B2B partnerships, or account management.
  • A natural rapport-builder who can confidently network with diverse stakeholders, from headteachers to clinical directors.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, task management systems (like Jira), and comfortable using CRM systems to manage data.
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (with business insurance) is essential, as UK travel is required for events.
  • You genuinely care about social impact, inclusivity, and community development.

Preferred

  • Experience working within education, healthcare, or the third/charity sector.
  • Strong copy/content writing skills.
