Own the portfolio marketing by marrying ongoing market research with clear routes to market and priority programs.

  • Strategic Marketing: design plans using research, tracking, and competitive intel to win the best routes to market.
  • Content & Campaigns: create print/digital campaigns and report weekly to drive consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Stakeholder & Events: coordinate with internal/external partners, support local projects and events, and align promotions with brand goals.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing: design and deliver marketing plans using research, market tracking, and competitive intel to win routes to market.
  • Content & Reporting: create print and digital campaigns and report weekly results to optimize engagement across platforms.
  • Stakeholder & Events: communicate with internal and external partners, plan key projects in the local community, assist events, and coordinate promotions.

Requirements

  • Substantial career experience in a relevant marketing role.
  • An established portfolio of appropriate marketing experience including successful campaigns, Event management, social media management.
  • 1-year maternity contract.
  • The successful candidate will be working 37.5 hours per week with a minimum of 1 day per week based at our central support office in Portsmouth.
  • All candidates must have a full driving license and have access to the use of a car.
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide an enhanced Disclosure (DBS). This disclosure cost will be met by Fair Ways.
  • Fair Ways are unable to provide VISA sponsorship for this role and all applicants will need to be able to provide evidence of right to work in the UK.

Preferred

  • Desirable: Relevant qualifications in the marketing field at degree level, or equivalent within a Marketing or Business Administration field.
  • Knowledge or personal experience of the care sector.
