Job Summary

Owns end-to-end retail and brand marketing execution across multiple channels, driving visibility, acquisition, and retention with data driven decisions and cross functional briefs.

  • Retail & Brand: Own trade plans, channel specific assets, and retailer programs to lift sales and brand metrics.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Collect retailer reports, analyze performance, and act on insights to improve campaigns and ROI.
  • Budget & Partnership: Develop channel budgets, manage spend, co op investments, and align with global partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Retail Marketing: Own the development and execution of the annual retail marketing trade plans, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, retailer objectives, and commercial targets.
  • Retail Programming: Own full 360° retail marketing programming and develop a comprehensive understanding of all key retail marketing levers that drive visibility, awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and sales, including retailer.com placements, promotional events, media, digital marketing, social media, and co-op marketing.
  • Asset & Brand Adaptation: Adapt brand materials for channel-specific in-store and online execution. Develop, distribute, and manage brand assets, including marketing collateral, promotional materials, gratis, copy, and imagery.
  • Performance Analysis: Collect and analyze retailer-specific marketing reports and make recommendations based on data. Analyze program performance to deliver both quantitative and qualitative feedback and recommend actions.
  • Acquisition & Retention: Develop and manage retailer acquisition and retention initiatives, identifying opportunities to maximize customer acquisition and retention, negotiating supporting marketing levers, ensuring seamless execution, and recapping performance.

Brand Marketing

  • Briefs & Programs: Ensure the accurate and timely development and issuance of marketing briefs for all marketing projects to cross-functional global partners.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and brief marketing programs, including campaigns, sets, assets, GWPs, and promotional initiatives, to support channel and commercial objectives.
  • Brand Engagement: Identify opportunities to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty across sales channels

Merchandising Strategy

  • In-Store & Online Assortments: Determine in-store and retailer.com assortments across channels, fixture types, visual merchandising, and product pages, leveraging merchandising analysis, performance metrics, conversion levers, and competitive insights to optimize the customer experience and sales.

Social Media

  • Content & Campaigns: Develop creative concepts and content that support paid media campaigns and retailer social initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and channel needs.

Budget Management

  • Budget & Invoicing: Develop the annual marketing budget for each channel, track spend and co-op investments against budget, review and process invoices, provide ad hoc analysis, and support budget reconciliation.
