Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You'll lead recruitment marketing for RADA's undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across digital, social, email, content, events and paid media, working alongside admissions, academic staff, alumni and students.

Requirements

  • Proven integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Real understanding of how to engage Gen Z audiences, in the UK and internationally
  • The instinct to use data to improve campaigns, not just report on them
  • Strong writing and authentic storytelling

Preferred

  • You might be working in a university or conservatoire, an arts or cultural organisation, a museum, a creative education business or somewhere purpose-led. What matters more is that you've engaged young audiences and changed behaviour.
