Job Summary

Own sector marketing planning and cross-channel campaigns with data-driven optimization, stakeholder management, and tender support to drive growth.

  • Sector planning and multi-channel campaign execution across events, digital, PR and brand campaigns.
  • Insight-led targeting and performance optimization using analytics to refine marketing plans.
  • Stakeholder management and coaching while leading allocated sectors and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sector marketing planning and delivery across campaigns, events, communications and unified brand activity.
  • Translate strategy into targeted, insight-led campaigns across events, digital, PR and brand campaigns.
  • Lead planning and execution while ensuring a consistent, high-quality approach across all activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver multi-channel activity aligned to commercial objectives and audience needs.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell through campaigns and content to support sector growth.
  • Provide data-driven insight to refine marketing plans and improve effectiveness.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers and wider teams.
  • Act as the day-to-day marketing lead for allocated sectors and keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
  • Coach junior team members and contribute to a collaborative high-performing culture.
  • Contribute to win rates through targeted campaigns and sector insights, including tender and proposal support as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in a Marketing Manager role within professional services or a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering marketing plans and campaigns aligned to business objectives.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience using insights to optimise performance.
  • Experience using CRM systems for targeting, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive and results-focused with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to act as a trusted marketing partner.
  • Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a high-performance culture.
