Job Summary

Own end to end marketing execution with cross functional alignment and a test and learn mindset to drive acquisition, activation, retention and ROI.

  • Own campaigns from brief to performance review to hit growth targets across the lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with Product, Pricing, Sales and Digital to ensure campaigns are aligned and compliant.
  • Build a data driven approach to optimise spend, ROAS and retention metrics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns and activity, ensuring high standards of execution and performance
  • Implement marketing plans across acquisition, in-life and retention, aligned to agreed priorities
  • Manage the creative development process, working with agencies and stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns
  • Support delivery of campaign performance targets, including customer growth, retention and engagement
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimise activity and ROI
  • Manage campaign-level budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of spend
  • Coordinate with Product, Pricing, Sales and Digital teams to ensure aligned and effective execution
  • Support delivery of compliant customer communications, meeting regulatory and business requirements
  • Contribute to a test and learn approach, improving marketing effectiveness and performance over time

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Analytical capability and attention to detail
  • Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns in a business environment
  • Understanding of acquisition, retention and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Good analytical capability and ability to interpret performance data
  • Experience working with marketing agencies and suppliers
  • Experience in B2B marketing (desirable)
  • Understanding of UK energy market (desirable)
