Own and drive Navigate's marketing programs from websites and CRM to campaign delivery, collaborating with marketing and client teams to deliver high‑quality campaigns.

Manage websites and landing pages and marketing assets
Build CRM workflows and lead generation efforts
Coordinate content production and campaign performance improvements

Responsibilities

Managing Navigate's websites and landing pages
Developing CRM, lead generation and marketing automation
Designing proposals, presentations and marketing assets
Supporting photography, video and creative content production
Monitoring marketing performance and identifying improvements
Working closely with our marketing and client teams to deliver high-quality campaigns

Requirements

3 to 5 years' marketing experience
Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar)
Experience with WordPress or another CMS
Experience with CRM platforms and lead generation
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The confidence to manage multiple projects and work independently
Experience in an agency, and an interest in tourism, heritage or conservation, would be an advantage.

£30,000 to £35,000 salary, depending on experience
