Responsibilities

• Managing Navigate's websites and landing pages
• Developing CRM, lead generation and marketing automation
• Designing proposals, presentations and marketing assets
• Supporting photography, video and creative content production
• Monitoring marketing performance and identifying improvements
• Working closely with our marketing and client teams to deliver high-quality campaigns

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years' marketing experience
• Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar)
• Experience with WordPress or another CMS
• Experience with CRM platforms and lead generation
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The confidence to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Experience in an agency, and an interest in tourism, heritage or conservation, would be an advantage.

• £30,000 to £35,000 salary, depending on experience
